La Féraude, a charming house between Aix and Marseille, is an ideal place to organize a professional seminar, a sales meeting, a team building or coaching sessions. We are located at the junction of 3 municipalities in Pays d'Aix, Bouc Bel-Air, Gardanne and Luynes, near Marseille and Aix -en-Provence, but also a few minutes by car from Marseille – Provence airport and the Aix-en-Provence TGV station, not far from the business areas of Aix Les Milles and La Duranne. La Féraude presents two functional air-conditioned seminar rooms of 30 and 40 m² which can be combined into a single room of 70 m². You will have a personalized welcome, and all the necessary equipment: overhead projector, flipchart, 75-inch flat screen, free Wi-Fi, conference kit, etc. Our rooms are lit by natural light, accessible to people with reduced mobility and open towards the Montagne Sainte Victoire. In summer, the park and its shaded avenue of plane trees also welcomes you for your various Commission work.
In the middle of a 10 hectare park in the heart of Pays d'Aix
Our "hotel house" with seminar rooms is located in a green place, conducive to reflection and work, overlooking the Sainte-Victoire mountain and just 15 minutes from Aix-en-train station. Provence TGV, 20 minutes from Marseille Saint-Charles train station and 25 minutes from Marseille – Provence airport. In summer, the park and its shaded avenue of plane trees welcome you naturally for your various Commission work. Activities are also offered around educational workshops arranged in the park or in the woods of the property in conjunction with our service providers.

Our seminar rooms near Marseille have an equipped kitchen as well as a “gourmet break” corner, so you can easily and happily eat during your professional meeting. La Féraude also offers you different catering options on demand (meal trays, lunch or dinner cocktails, seated meals, etc.) and a personalized welcome, in collaboration with our catering partners.
